If a technical error occurs (price, availability, or checkout issue), we may contact you to correct it or cancel and refund the order.
Refund & Returns
All prints are made to order and produced individually for you.
For this reason, we cannot accept returns, exchanges, or refunds, except in the following situations:
– The item arrives damaged in transit
– The wrong item was delivered
If you receive a damaged order, please email all@angelalidderdale.com within 7 days of delivery with clear photos of the packaging and the print.
We will arrange a replacement or refund depending on the edition’s availability.
Order cancellations are only possible before the print enters production.
Import Duties
International orders may incur customs duties, taxes, or import fees depending on the destination country.
These are not included in product prices or shipping costs and are the buyer’s responsibility.
We cannot modify customs forms or declare items as gifts.
